Joe Roberson Our founder, Joe Roberson is a third generation Bakersfield native. At age 14 he could be found on job sites with a shovel in hand or cleaning up. Joe knew at an early age that he wanted to continue the tradition of home building and set out to learn as much as he could. By age 18 he became a licensed Real Estate Agent and within two years became a Broker. In 1988, along with his family, he opened their own real estate office. Two years later Joe received his California Contractors license. Since 1988, Joe has been instrumental in completing over 500 homes in the Bakersfield community and has shared his extensive knowledge and experience with all of the people who carry on the Legacy tradition.
